The policy of the company is to provide a high level of workmanship and quality for all our work, which will be a guarantee to our customers that the products which they receive from us will be acceptable and meet their requirements.
It is essential that every member of the company is aware of our commitment to quality assurance and that the management is committed to continually improve the effectiveness of this quality management system. This policy is used as a framework for establishing and reviewing measurable objectives, which will be used to determine the effectiveness of the system. A quality manual has been prepared together with associated quality procedures, which comply with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008.
The quality manual will be issued to certain persons involved in the management of quality on a day-to-day basis and relevant procedures will also be made available to individuals to enable them to take action needed to operate the quality system, which is mandatory for all personnel.
Any suggestions which may lead to an improvement in the quality of our work should be forwarded directly to a director of the company.
Management has taken action to ensure that this policy is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels in the company.
