This is a tremendous excavated piece of history, a Viking spearhead dating to roughly the 11th Century. The spearhead measures 13 overall with the base having a 1 diameter. The spearhead shows extreme amount of oxidation with the edge being heavily chipped and the entire piece being extraordinarily covered in pitting. An outstanding example, ready for further research and display.
