Chteau Carbonnieux Blanc is a legendary wine. In the 18th century, it was introduced to the Sultan of Constantinople, and called "mineral water from Carbonnieux", in direct defiance of Islamic law. This wine stands up to its reputation, with an intriguing nose of petrol and lemongrass and a palate of lemon, lime, mint, and almond. We would pair this with a sweet corn risotto topped with grilled
