Characterised by a spicy smoky taste, which comes from the burnt peat during malting. The whisky carries the salty smoke of the island exposed to the wind and waves. Skye is the fresher, lighter brother of the 10 year old Talisker. The crisp citrus aromas and subtle sweetness are enhanced by the ageing in refill and charred American oak casks, which provide depth of flavour. Under the smoke
